Senior Community Centers Our firm has extensive senior center design and construction experience, and comprehensive knowledge regarding design issues specific to elders. We strive to create each building as a unique reflection of its users and their community.

Educational Our experience with educational facilities ranges from early learning to college-level, and has involved both renovation and new construction as well as campus master planning. It is our belief that a well-designed built environment enhances the learning process.

Historic Renovation We have over twenty years of historic renovation experience, including several projects listed on the National Historic Register. Accurate and skillful historic renovation is crucial to maintaining and repairing local architectural fabric, and we approach every renovation project with this goal in mind.

Libraries and Institutional Catlin Architecture has a wide range of experience with libraries and institutional projects. Our expertise includes several campus planning studies completed for the Massachusetts Department of Capital Planning and Operations. This section is currently under construction.
