The Town of
Mashpee
retained Catlin Architecture for the programming, design and contract administration of their new 10,900 square foot senior center built on a municipal site adjacent to the Police and Fire Stations. The scope of work involved the completion of design development documents for inclusion in a successful Community Development Block Grant Application (CDBG). The Center, which is under construction, includes a large multi-purpose room, arts and crafts room, a game room, classrooms, wellness/counseling, an exercise room and outdoor walking paths, a patio, and covered porch areas. Completion is planned for the Fall of 2004.
